1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 3jl1 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 3jl1 platform available at https://3jl1.net ("the Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 3jl1 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access the Platform in any capacity.

3jl1 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 3jl1 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law governing online gambling and casino-style gaming. 3jl1 strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 3jl1 or by any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 3jl1, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming features on 3jl1, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 3jl1 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 3jl1 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances held therein, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

3jl1 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing registered name)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 3jl1 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3jl1 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 3jl1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 3jl1 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3jl1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels, all denominated in Philippine Peso (₱):

• GCash
• PayMaya (Maya)
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands)
• BDO (Banco de Oro)
• Metrobank

4.2 Third-Party Payment Prohibition

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. 3jl1 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Similarly, all withdrawals will be processed exclusively to a payment account registered in the same name as the 3jl1 account. Any attempt to use third-party payment methods may result in account suspension and the return of funds to the originating account.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the 3jl1 cashier interface and are subject to change. The minimum bet on the Platform is ₱10. Maximum transaction limits may be applied based on account verification status, payment method, and applicable regulatory requirements.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. 3jl1 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. 3jl1 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, transactions, and game stakes on 3jl1 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion fees are applied by 3jl1 for transactions conducted in Philippine Peso.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

3jl1 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period as specified in the promotion details. Unused bonuses will expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 3jl1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 3jl1 reserves the right to determine whether a player qualifies for a specific promotion and to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

6.1 Random Number Generation

All game outcomes on the 3jl1 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems are designed to produce outcomes that are statistically random and independent of previous results. 3jl1 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP)

Return to Player percentages for slot games available on 3jl1 are published within the individual game information panels. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, 3jl1 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the player's account. 3jl1 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

If a player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game will continue to its conclusion in accordance with the game's rules. The outcome will be recorded and the player's account will be updated accordingly upon reconnection.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3jl1 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Creating or operating more than one account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gaming
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 3jl1 staff or other players

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3jl1 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of 3jl1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 3jl1 Platform without the prior written consent of 3jl1. Any unauthorized use of 3jl1's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3jl1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits
• Loss of data or account information
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any technical malfunction, error, or omission in the Platform

3jl1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 3jl1 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 3jl1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

3jl1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

3jl1 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and 3jl1 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

11. Amendments to These Terms

3jl1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 3jl1 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In cases of significant changes, 3jl1 may also notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 3jl1 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 3jl1's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 3jl1 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.
